  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Times

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

ZOVO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged package or product so we can assist you promptly.
